The ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to prioritize and pivot as requirements update and quickly and clearly communicate the new direction to fellow Team Members. Job Responsibilities:

• As an Outside Plant Resident, you will be responsible for scheduling and supervising the Quality Assurance Technicians/OSP Inspectors.
• Confirm QA Tech's reporting on functionality of installed telecommunications equipment and validate as built records.
• Collaborate with Engineering and field staff on required design changes and implementation and documentation of the same.
• Support QA Techs with contractor management, ensuring any issues are quickly addressed and resolved.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications outside plant operations or construction management with at least one year in supervisory capacity or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSP construction methods and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range / Work Hours:

• Starting pay from $67,000 to $81,000 including overtime, depending on experience
• Construction Season Hours - M-S 7 am to 7 pm depending on construction crew work hours
• Off Season Hours - M-F 8 am to 5 pm
